The Mission/Poem by T.H.M/Sunday Inspiration

The mistrust and the lies that the world is feeding us,
Makes us all wonder why Faith has yet to become a must,
The things that we injest from the company we tend to keep,
Makes us question the many promises of God, we are destined to reap,
Faith is a personal thing that each one of us must choose,
The enemy is fighting hard against us so we will lose,
The burden of doubt is getting too expensive to carry,
The many decisions we make now, are the setbacks we often marry,
What turns our minds to and fro,
Will make this journey of Faith harder than we know,
God is giving us many chances to work it out,
He gives us words, whispers, a song, and a shout,
We can not be blind to the darkness steadily surrounding the world,
Most of us are feeling the power of God within us unfurl,
Staying woke is a consistent action of Faith,
Believing and trusting in God is a surrender of the brave,
“You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.” Psalms 16:11
These bible verses must be tattood to our hearts for the enemy can’t stand,
“Contend, Lord, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me.” Psalms 35:1
The purpose of God is in us but we must continue to hold on to His hand.
