“The I in We!”~Poem by T.H.M~Weekly Sunday Inspiration

In these turbulent last days we are living in,
surround yourself with people who let God’s light in,
Jesus had 12 Apostles who He called friend,
They were all different but to Jesus they all were great men,
The thing about what we all need to have in our corner,
Are people who feed us life but also know how to call out our disorder,
Accountability for what God has on spiritual recorder,
God never intended for us to walk this journey alone,
We are all dealing with sin which we must atone,
The friends we rely on should be God sent,
The ones who surround us should give us a glimpse of what discipleship meant,
We must be careful who we choose to call our friend,
We must consider who is the truth for us to see us till the end,
The light and the darkness cannot share the same space,
God gives us the people we need to help us bring others to seek His face,
The time for play and indecision has truly run its course,
We must be prepared to deliver God’s will to the enemy by force,
Just like any relationship friendships are a team effort,
Your team must be a prethra of spiritual weapons experts,
The path to becoming our best selves often happens in who we allow in,
Once we recognize true friendships…. (accountability, prayer, truth, unconditional love, and wisdom)
Our next level of blessings can truly begin.

Remember that God loves you always. You got this because God got us.
