The timing of the realization of your purpose will happen when least expected,
Many of us during this process often feel rejected,
Favor over our lives does not mean we do not suffer,
Unfortunately we still feel the sting of pain caused from our sisters and our brothers,
They say when the going gets tough the tough get going,
While most of us swallow our feelings instead of allowing the tears to start flowing,
So that we can be the thing that this world said we should,
Yet God looks to us to be more like the little engines that could,
It’s our hearts and mindset that make all the difference,
Those must be changed by Faith to build up worldly resistance,
The pushing toward our better and the cadence of overcoming the struggle,
Is the reason why we are never alone because God will always love you,
The battle is not mine, it’s the Lord’s,
What a promise we have to move our lives towards,
The reason our purpose can be realized at any time,
Because God’s favor will become present once we decide to embrace the gift that is yours and mine.
Remember that God loves you always. You got this because God got us.
