Walking in our truth is a hard road to tred,
Fulfilling God’s purpose can bring anyone a certain dread,
Because the responsibility of being our best selves,
Is not just for us but also for everyone else,
The people you think are not being affected,
Will start to let you know you bring hope that was deflected,
And this is why our spirits are so protected,
Against the people and the things that would bring about certain deaths,
To the will God has for us that outlasts the will of anybody else,
Your life is important, and here is the reason why,
Because your existence is crucial to the non-believer and random passerby,
The fact that we have made it to this point in our lives,
Shows us that God’s word can no longer be denied,
We suffered through a period of time that seemed unreal,
Yet the battle within ourselves is what remained ever still,
The transformation of what we were before to who we are now,
Is the reason why our faith in God is a never-ending vow,
The truth of our purpose is just through the open door,
The supply of God’s provision will carry us through even more.
“When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.” John 16:13
Remember, God loves you always. You got this because God got us!
